Welcome to Hops & Hatha: Harvest Harmony with All-Levels Yoga! Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced yogi, our classes offer a warm and inclusive environment for everyone. Embrace the opportunity to explore the beauty of Hatha yoga, regardless of your level of experience. This class will offer a harmonious flow of poses, mindful breathwork, and grounding meditation. To ensure your comfort during the practice, please bring your own mat to place on the ground. This will provide you with a stable and supportive surface to enhance your yoga experience. Please note that spaces are limited, so it is encouraged to reserve your spot in advance to secure your place in the class. Join us for a yoga flow with a beer tasting! Cancellation Policy

To cancel, please contact us within 2 hours of the start of class. Cancellations made with less than 2 hours before class start time will not be eligible for refund or transfer. There are no refunds for purchased classes, with 2 hour or more cancellation you will be eligible for a class credit for the amount of class.
